General Info

Shipping furniture can be a hassle, but we've got it all figured out for you. We ship all over the united states, with reliable carriers and frugal delivery rates.
- Large orders ship by freight and have a longer shipping time, usually 6-8 weeks.
- Smaller orders ship faster and will usually arrive in under 4-13 business days.

Shipping costs are shown per piece at checkout. Faster shipping times or international shipments can be arranged, but will cost more; please contact us for more info!

We want to make sure you have the best experience with Brighams Furniture!
To help facilitate this, we offer returns on stock orders, with a restocking fee of 25%.

Our furniture is made to be sturdy and last a long time. But during transit, sometimes things get knocked around, roughly handled, and eventually break. We understand that it can be disappointing to buy an awesome piece of furniture only to have it be damaged during shipping, so we'll fix it for you or give you a full refund at no extra charge.

Please note: shipping charges and special orders are non-refundable.

We process most payments through PayPal and Shopify Payments - both of which are trusted and secure.

We accept most credit or debit cards as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal as our main forms of payment, but if you would like to use an alternate payment type, give us a call!

Please note: sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout and varies from state to state.

Special Orders

In the past, Brighams Furniture has made complete rustic kitchens, special restaurant installations, and similar large productions.

We'd be happy to do the same for you, as much as our workload allows, contact us directly for more info and a free quote!

We can send you a small sample for a flat fee of $125, or we can approximate a sample that you provide, for no extra charge. This can help you decide what style to request for custom furniture or special installments.

These samples can be small pieces of metal or wood with any of our finishes, and can be shipped quickly with Priority Mail. Contact us for more info!

We have partnered with many art galleries and high-end stores up and down the central coast. We love healthy business relationships, and are happy to facilitate wholesale stock requests.
